Shipping Damage & Missing Items
Before signing for your shipment, inspect all packages carefully for any damage or missing items. If you discover any issues, note them on the delivery receipt before accepting the shipment.
While MY MINI SPLIT is not responsible for shipping damage, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to recover the cost of damages. Claims can only be filed if damages or missing items are noted prior to signing for delivery.
Take your time during inspection—do not let the driver rush you. You have the right to check each item. If the driver refuses to wait or allow inspection, call us immediately at 1-888-510-1597 for assistance from our claims department.
Please note that shipping damage claims must be filed within 72 hours of delivery, or the carrier may deny the claim.
